COMIC NEWS INSIDER is your weekly podcast for everything comic book, animation, sci-fi and pop culture! At least that's what our voice over friend says at the beginning of each episode. Starting back in April of 2005, CNI was one of the first comic book based podcasts. Since then we have expanded our coverage into more television, film, music, etc (usually things with a nerdy slant). Jimmy Aquino is your host with Producer Joe Gonzalez (original host) serving as...er...Producer!
In what we call our regular weekly format show, there are reviews of new comics/TV/film/etc., news and the Top 3 recommendations of the week. Many thanks to the amazing team of rotating reviewers whom send in audio reviews each week. During convention season, Jimmy travels to various shows and tends to get a load of interviews that are played out over the weeks following.
